    Outstanding service, top notch guides and great accommodations. We were in **** when **** ******* was being buried so they had to juggle our itinerary around a bit due to the extreme security arrangements for the funeral. They did a good job at juggling everything to maximize our tour. Our first hotel was only about one or two blocks from ******************, which was outstanding for us. We would use them again anytime!

    If I can give them a 0 star I would. Same sentiment as previous 1 star reviews. It was a trip to the Holy Land in January ******************************************* ****** it got cancelled. They stick to the terms and conditions that everyone signs that says "any cancellations will result in forfeiting the deposit and any other moneys paid." I understand that but I did not ask to cancel and airlines stopped flying there. They have to have some consideration for world events and not punish people based on their signed terms and conditions when no one can control those events.

    Our trip to Holy Land got canceled back in 2020 due to COVID. They said we had a ******* with them for whatever trip we wanted to book. We booked another trip to Holy Land for December 2022 and that trip got canceled due to them not having enough people for the trip. We got in contact with them for another trip for October 2023 but again they didnt have enough people for the trip. Walk Where ***** Walked is the name of the trip. After all this cancellations we requested our deposit back and we got a NO as an answer. After all THEIR cancellations they get rewarded with keeping our money?? We are requesting BBB to review this matter and help us out. Thank you in advance.
