    I would stay clear of this place, we had gone there in October for the first initial fitting which wasnt a terrible experience but then I had to come back with my daughter to try in junior bridesmaid dresses and left like we were being a burden to the working ladies that day. Afterward we (bridal party) decided it was best to come back after the holidays in January or February for the last fitting and to place the order but instead have been lied to and harassed serval times through email stating we had to purchase the dresses now! One of the girls are 12 and growing the other one just had a baby and another one was about to have a baby so the timing was not right for us. I was told the production was on delay for Chinese new year. I had speculations this was false news and contacted other Bella Bridesmaid store locations regarding the same designer and production time and was told nothing was on delay. They continue to force an order date as if they are a debt collector of some kind and it was very uncomfortable. We are the customers and if we choose to wait we shouldnt be lied to so sales /commission can be made. Very unprofessional

    We are taken back that you feel we were deceitful in communicating the timeline for ordering. We understand that as a consumer you have a right to choose where you buy any merchandise. While we want to retain all business we understand that choice. The designer your bride has chosen is ***********************, from which we have correspondence stating "Attached is our November ship date calendar. Keep in mind starting in December we will have extended delivery times due to ******* New Year closure." We have been in business for 15 years and always err on the side of caution and transparency. The bride had determined an ordering date with her Stylist but when you mentioned wanting to come back in January we responded with "that timeline works for us". Ultimately, it's at the buyer's discretion how much time they would like to allow for their dress to arrive prior to the wedding. I followed up with a call after reading your experience via reviews and noting that you have scheduled an additional Follow-up appointment with us in January 2023. As it turns out, I have not heard back from you. I would be happy to discuss further.
