      Terrible customer service. The representatives are not knowledgeable and capable of putting you on a 90 minute hold, then disconnect. Their website recently had a week-long outage, which made reimbursements not possible. I've now been waiting 8 days for a reimbursement, where they promise 5-7 days. Your savings are eaten up by their high fees, while the company profits from not paying you anything like a reasonable interest on your cash. Do NOT use BenefitWallet to handle your HSA.

      this may be the worst run company in financial services. Unable to accept deposits for weeks. nobody answer the telephone. Fees for doing nothing. it seems like there are maybe 6-7 people who work there.

      They could not tell where was my reimbursement that I made to myself went! The said system was down. I requested reimbursement on Jan 10. Waiting for 10 days and got nothing. Called them they said it was on hold. Then they released it during their computer broke down. Until today Jan 27, I still haven’t received my money. Called them everyday, they could not tell me where my money went! May be they sent to themselves? It’s not small it’s $850! And I have my bills to pay. Horrible and unacceptable. I still need to call them again and possible to wait at least 30 minutes again. Will I get my money back?

      customer service only script reading, no help whatsoever
      took 3 months to uncover why we were locked out of our account - turns out someone who stole our identity & changed user & passcode wasn’t
      no monitoring of suspicious activity
      extremely poor customer service

      Horrible customer service all you can talk to is representatives the ones who actually do the claims will not respond. they have suspended my account card and cant give me an explanation why and no one answered the questions you have. i have submitted my documents that they requested atleast 3 times and all they say is they will resend it to be looked at..... Today after waiting on hold for over 50 minutes I finally got through to someone and they work from home so there was a baby in the background and she could'nt even hear me so she "accidentally" hung up on me. How convenient for them. Customer Service is horrible and I still cant even use my card.

      Without a doubt, the most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced. My reimbursement was placed on hold for reasons that no one could tell me. No one from Benefit Wallet ever notified me that there was a problem. My questions continue to go unanswered and they only provided me with canned responses.
      Honestly, whomever is running Benefit Wallet should be fired. Just Atrocious service!

      No one from Benefit Wallet contacted me, nor left a message that the money was "flagged" or on-hold. The status of my reimbursement continued to state "in process," on the website, indicating that it was in process. Benefit Wallet refuses to acknowledge that they failed to contact me and that there are systemic problems with their processes.

      Terrible customer service. Spent 30 minutes waiting for a customer service representative only to find that it was a complete waste of my time. Received a lettwe claiming that I had additional funds from my previous employer in my account. They ask for my social, email, address, and zip code,but cannot provide me any information regarding my account or help me with preventing my $ on my account to he abandoned. I have medical bills I plan on spending this money on, and now I have to wait for mail (7-10 business days) to verify myself despite providing even my social security number to the service rep! Feels slimy and I would not trust this hsa company with a penny moving forward. Terrible!
