    I received an arm brace from my doctor (having not idea of the cost). Later i received a bill for $254.73. I can get something just like it off amazon for $40. I tried calling the company, not only about the price but the fact that i can not use the brace. It rubs on my thumb and causes a blister. After calling 3 times they finally got back to me. They said there is nothing they can do. I am not the only person who thinks this. Their reviews are terrible.

    I understand your frustration, Armac does not set any prices, these are all done thru medicare.  Each product has an L-code to bill with. Insurance pays the contracted rate.  Unfortunately as an in network provider these are the rates we must adhere to.  If the brace is causing irritation we can definitely help with that and try our best to accommodate you.  I see there is a request for a refund, your insurance applied this to your deductible and I do not see any record of any payment.  If this is not the case please let me know.

    I want to return the brace. I do use it because it is not comfortable and is way to much money.

    I received a bill for a wrist brace that my son received in December 2020 for a buckle fracture. I received a bill dated 8/8/2022 that said final notice. How am I supposed to check to see if I paid a bill that is almost 2 years old when credit cards have been closed and my bank record does not go back that far? I think it's crazy that they are trying to get payment out of me that is almost 2 years old. I pay my bills on time. I want this bill gone because I cannot verify if I paid it or not.
