    Disrespectful unprofessional ignorant mental health shaming company. DAVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called and asked to speak to his boss he refused raising his voice at me and told me “you don’t get to say who you speak with”. Nasty text messages, harassing and down right overly rude!!! He set off my anxiety and I told him that…he just made fun of it…basically shaming it. I have no clue why this is allowed! I owe $500 only to pay off my loan and replies to his million of harassing texts that I am working and will get back to him…he kept on! Me as a customer does not deserve all
    Of this rudeness and disrespect!!!

    They are rude and nasty, even the supervisors. It doesn't matter how much money somebody owes, you never know someone's situation, and to immediately be confronted with rude, nasty, horrendous people demanding money regardless of whats going on is just wrong. They will harass you until you call them. Even contact family members that are not references and discuss your personal business with them. Avoid at all costs!

    In the times that we are living in today it costs NOTHING to be professional at the least. I called today spoke to a customer service rep and a manger who BOTH were very RUDE and nasty for no reason. I called to ask a question about my account and to explain something that was going on and the MANAGER told me there is no need for me to talk to explain why I was calling. Instead its obvious that the "office' decided to take on each others attitude and become disrespectful. This office is TERRIBLE.

    The worst . Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful. Ill NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. ***** is beyond incompetent. Wouldnt even stop talking for me to ask the amount owed . **** up on him and called a different rep to make the payment. They have horrible reviews and they definitely deserve them!

    I called to get find out how much i owe l'm exactly half way done with car payments. So I thought I only had to pay half the finance charge . For some reason they are charging an extra $800 dollars. I asked y and he gave me the run around they charge more in the beginning of the loan. B. S. It's the same amount at the end. ************ said call your lawyer. So now I have to hire a lawyer to find out y they are charging me an extra $800. If i don't pay it my car gets repossessed. I think this is a case for *******************.

    Ive been using thrift investment Corp. for 9 years. This is my second loan with them. Ive read all of the complaints listed and I have seriously never had one problem with this corporation in the nine years of my two loans. I have always had positive and complete satisfactory customer service from any representative Ive dealt with it seems to me that people that are complaining or people that cant pay their loan. Why dont yall think of that. And Ive known people who had hardships with thrift investment and they were always there to support and help them. Thank you ****************

    Very unprofessional company. They are so rude and nasty. They call your phone and harass you. Please do not do business with them. You will regret it.
