I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ms. Alice's Center of Learning regarding the discriminatory behavior, lack of transparency, and violation of HIPAA regulations that I have experienced at their facility. As a parent of an autistic child who was enrolled in their ABA therapy program, I am deeply concerned about the actions and practices of Ms. Alice's Center of Learning, which have had a significant negative impact on my daughter, our family, and our trust in the center. She falsely made up the fact and removed her from the therapy sessions.Initially, I brought to your attention the discriminatory behavior exhibited by Ms. ***** during my interactions with her. Her derogatory comments and lack of empathy towards my child's autism were highly distressing and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, Ms. ***** made false claims regarding my daughter physically assaulting one of her therapists, and she refused to provide access to the center's camera footage to substantiate her allegations. This lack of transparency raised concerns about the integrity and truthfulness of Ms. ******* statements. In addition to the aforementioned issues, it has come to my attention that Ms. ***** also violated HIPAA regulations. During one of my visits to the center, she publicly discussed my daughter's healthcare information, blocking my way and disregarding patient privacy in front of other individuals. This violation of HIPAA regulations further erodes my confidence in Ms. Alice's Center of Learning and raises significant concerns about their adherence to legal and ethical standards.
