    The garage of my home had an active leak, on 4/28/2024 I hired AGA Roofing to replace the roof of my garage and front entrance. I was at the house when they were doing their job (As a female I wasn't able to climb to the roof to watch them while they were doing their job, I just trusted them).
    After the job was done and the roof was completed, I hired a general contractor on 5/8/2024 to replace the wall and ceiling of the garage. When the sheetrock was removed, the contractor showed me the rotted on the plywood of the walls and clearly the presence and the smells of the black molds on the walls and on the beams. The contractor said to me: unfortunately, you already put a new roof, we don't know how the conditions of the beams are. I showed the contractor photos that was taken by AGA Roofing. From the photos it shows some of the rotted beams with the black molds on the garage roof and front entrance. When AGA removed the old roof, they could see clearly some of the beams are rotted with the black molds. AGA Roofing should have informed me and discussed this issue before they put a new roof. I'd have chosen to fix this problem and I'd have to wait to put a new roof. They covered up the rotted beams and black molds with a new roof. On 5/10/2024 I called Dennis (owner's son) and I told him that I should have been notified about these and he shouldn't put a new roof. He denied about the rotted beams and molds, and he wanted to meet and talk in person the next day. On 5/11/2024, he didn't show up and he didn't call nor text me that he wasn't coming. Now my general contractor can't continue to do their job to wait for the AGA Roofing to resolve the issue. Our plan is to remove the rotted beams, treat the molds, remove the roof and redo the roof (hire a new Roofing company). I have a 4 months old baby and mold can cause a serious health problem. I no longer trust them and will not continue to do business with them. Under these circumstances I requested a full fund refund.
