Business owner is deceiving and extorting customers for money for her services by making egregious threats and claims against the life of the customer and their loves ones.

During my first interaction with the business owner over the phone, Ashley claimed that she sources all natural materials from licensed vendors and that everything she uses from oils, sprays, incense, candles, and crystals are made by hand herself. When confronted by police in ******** *****, Ashley confessed she buys her materials from ******, Walmart, and ****** *******.

I was made to believe that she sources her crystals from a licensed mineralogist that come with receipts/letters of authenticity and that she shapes the crystals herself. Ashely never provided the receipts she promised, and when asked she refused.

Business owner is lying and extorting people for money by making egregious claims and threats against their lives and the lives of their loved ones, and is dishonest to customers about making her own materials.

On several occasions when I asked for a receipt I was refused a receipt or invoice business owner. She would verbally agree to send me one and would not follow up.

When I first learned of Ashely’s deceptive business practices, I attempted to reach out to her to return my money for all services after my initial phone reading to be returned to me. Ashley refused on the premise that I was in breach of our “contract agreement,” and threatened me by stating she will be charging me $10,000 more on top what I have already given her if I do not agree to accepting a partial refund and signing a “release form.” I believe that this response is unfair because of her abusive and fraudulent business practices.
