  Over several days starting online 6/13/22 GM was hired to put a new cabinet and faucet in half bath ,also put a new tub fixture in main bath and fix a leak that was discovered total cost $600.00. Over several days he worked on the projects price going up to ****** (supplies) When he left the half bath fixture leaked and there is a hole in the wall. The water lines to the main bath still leaked and worst of all he never reconnected the bathe tub drain to the drain pipe. When I called and told him the issues ,he got very nasty and told me to hire a plumber I'm looking to recoup some of the money,all cash except for a check for $79.03 made out to cash.

  I am responding to your letter to me dated 6/29/2022 Complaint number above.

  This will be my only response to this nonsense letter and complaint.

  The only truth to this letter is the day I started and why I was there.

  I was hired to replace a small vanity and built in sink.

  Also to install a new vinyl floor.

  The price was $600.00 labor only.

  When I took out the existing toilet to install the new vinyl floor the entire sub floor under the toilet was completely rotted.

  All had to be replaced.

  I installed 2 new layers of plywood reinforced under the toilet then installed the new floor.

  All this was extra work she of aprox$75.00 that didnt even cover the materials.

  I also brought a helper to help me finish quickly.

  I also had to relocate a receptacle the wad in the way of her new back splash No charge.

  I also had to relocate the mirror no charge.

  The hole she is referring to was filled before I left.

  Another lie.

  Then while there she asked me to look at a leak on the other side of the trailer.

  It was in the wall by the tub drain.

  It had been leaking for years.

  I spent at least 16 hours of my time no charge and 6 hours of my helpers time.

  Finally I stopped all leaks and reconnected the tub drain that she Sadi was not connected Another lie.

  I told this person at least 5 times that I would do my very best to fix this leak but if I couldnt she had to get a plumber.

  When I left there was nothing leaking.

  She called me screaming the next day I told her to get a plumber and never call me again.

  The value of what I did for her is at least $2,500.00 There will be no refund thats a joke Thank you
