    Entered into an agreement for the company to replace my deck. Horrible experience from the onset. Failed inspections, contractor quit in the middle of the job, then returned to the company and gave a shady reason for his departure. *** completed but not without incident. Lattice under the deck buckled but eventually they came out to correct it. Now the beam holding the spindles on 1 of the deck panels pulled away from the post and cannot be reattached because it doesn't fit. The whole panel is at risk of collapsing. I made many attempts to reach the company and no one has returned my calls. Please help me get this fixed.

    Hello, 

    We are just now receiving this message. I can confirm that we had a project manager that was relieved from his duties during this project, and it does not surprise me to hear that the clients experience with him was not up to par. He was completely removed from the company back in the June timeframe of 2022. 

    For the workmanship/warranty items- this is the first we are being made aware of these. We take these items very seriously as your reputation is important in the residential construction space. We do not have one email, voicemail, or CRM message from this client. All of our information is made readily available on our website- www.stableworks.com. You can see that, within our "contact us" page we have our phone number as well as our email address available shall any of our clients fail to reach their assigned Project Manager directly- or in this case a terminated Project Manager. 

    Immediately after receiving this complaint, we reached out to the client and arranged to have a crew arrive tomorrow in order to remedy the complaint on the railing panel. 

    I will follow up tomorrow with before and after photos.
