    My husband, **** *****, hired Khloe Kool LLC to replace our HVAC system on May 3, 2024. Brandon, the owner, came to our home, and they discussed the job. My husband was clear - this is a 5-ton unit, and I want you to install a 5-ton replacement unit. Khloe Kool LLC agreed and submitted a proposal. We accepted the proposal, and he sent a link to pay online. The invoice clearly states this is a 5-ton unit and which model, etc.

    The unit immediately started having issues including not being properly installed and dripping a bucket of water, being covered in condensation, not cooling the house enough, and never shutting off. He would come out to service the unit, making different excuses for each of the issues.

    Finally, we decided to get another opinion from a licensed dealer of ******* ** ****. That company came out and, within 30 seconds, asked my husband - did you say this is a 5-ton unit. Once he responded yes - they pointed out the labeling on the unit. Khloe Kool installed a 4-ton unit for both parts of the system. And that is why the system constantly had issues. It was NOT the correct size for our home. So the reason it couldn't cool the house and never shut off - it's too small.

    This also means it's too small to heat the house in the winter.

    Khloe Kool has stopped answering our calls now that we've identified the issue and he can't pretend it's a manufacturer issue and he's so generously coming to help us. He lied, he knew what he installed and he cheated us. Now we have to replace the unit. It is OUTRAGEOUS.

    I had this company install my heating system and everything was fine so I decided to get central air installed. He finally came out to install after about 4 months but I didn't complain because it was the cold months. He finally came out to install the ac unit and it stopped working but when calling him, he states that he will come out to repair it but does not show.

    New heating system was installed in my home. Work is not complete. Company will no longer answering phone. I am in need of the permit. Without it I can not pass inspections.
