    This business did a job for my neighbor. They were cutting trees very close to my property line. I took it upon myself to go out to their ******* and inform him of my property line. He understood and assured me they wouldnt cut my bamboo, as I use it for privacy and to keep my dogs contained. 2 hours came home and went outside and they cut down 3/4 of my bamboo. I went to the ******* and asked him why he did that, especially since I took the time to prevent it from happening, he said go call the office and complain with them, dismissing me completely. After they trespassed on my property and cut my foliage. I called the office and spoke to ****, she said shes speak with *** the estimator and call me back for a solution. She called me back and tried to blame the neighbor. And said take it up with her. However my neighbor hired them to cut their trees, she didnt hire them to cut my trees. The neighbor has no control over their employees. I said that solution was not ok with me. **** then told me she would call **** the owner and call me back again. That was the last I have heard from ****. She didnt answer my calls, or respond to my voicemail explaining that if they didnt rectify them trespassing on my property and cutting down my privacy hedge I would resort to a complaint. There was ample opportunity for them to call and offer a solution. I didnt even get so much as an apology from the owner. He couldnt be bothered to call me himself.I have owned my home for 19years. I have never seen this level of blatant misconduct and disregard for a problem a company created. There isnt much that could be done to make bamboo grow back, however Id expect they would purchase 20 linear feet of fencing to help conceal and keep my dogs contained and at the very least a formal apology from the owner himself.

    This is a nj law . The customer was protecting their property and it was behind a fence which looked as if it was definitely our customers property.A person shall not plant running bamboo or allow running bamboo to be planted on the persons property at a location that is 100 feet or less from the property boundary line of any abutting property or public right-of-way unless: (1) the running bamboo is contained by a properly constructed and maintained barrier system that prevents the spread of *********************************; or (2) the running bamboo is planted above ground in a container or planter so that the running bamboo is contained and does not come in contact with the surrounding soil
