    They list books they do not have, then tell you theyll get it from the publisher and send it as soon as they can. Then they ship the book with a false tracking number. Shipping company confirmed items mailed with that tracking number, were not sent to my address. Then company refuses refund stating item was "delivered".

    Seller never shipped my purchase. I placed an order for three audiobooks from BooksXpress through ************. All three were paid for and one was shipped to me on September 3, 2024 through **** (tracking #***********************. The other two never arrived. I waited for three weeks in case the other books were shipped separately and then attempted to contact the seller. Emails were sent through ************ on September 30 and October 1 and then directly through the BooksXpress website on October 2. This falls within the ************ 30 day refund policy. I also requested that BooksXpress ship the paid-for items late if they were found to still be in inventory, which would negate the need for a refund. No reply or acknowledgement. BEWARE - THEY ARE THIEVES.

    I ordered a book from this company through Amazon on 8/21/2024 paying $27.99. The book never arrived and they refuse to do anything about it. Order number was #***-1662466-032761.

    I have been waiting for a book ordered I ordered on 7/03/2024 and all I get is the runaround. The order I placed with AbeBooks (*********) was then sent to Bookseller: booksXpress who entered another order number, *********. My estimated delivery for a print on demand copy of ******************* and Remedies by *****, ******************* ], ISBN *************, was 7/27/2024 so I was not concerned about it until after that date. Then I found out it was delivered to someone I do not know named Xxavier to an address unknown to me in ********* around 7/07/2024 according to ****** ***** can't help me because booksXpress did not provide the correct tracking number according to them - #************.I have tried reaching out to AbeBooks but there is no way to contact them directly and their website says to refer to the bookseller, booksXpress. I have sent multiple emails to booksXpress because they do not have a direct contact number posted. I am stuck in the middle and out $28.84 as well as the book I ordered. Can you help me?I'm thanking you in advance for any assistance you can provide.******* Meanwhile, I the consumer, am left in the middle, holding the bag and out $28.84 and my purchase. I would like a refund ASAP!*******

    My order for Space Quiz Book: 300 brain busting trivia questions (National Geographic Kids) [Soft Cover ] was purchased on November 27th with a Sales Order # ********* for booksxpress with an Abebooks PO No.: *********. Something was shipped on December 1 on **** # **********************. When the book did not arrive at my house, I initiated a case ******** with the ****. They then told me that this package **********************, did not have my address on it. There was nothing they could do. I have tried to contact the seller twice to explain this situation and receive a refund, but they have not answered. i do not know what else to do. Thank you.

    Via *******.com, I ordered an advertised book from this business on 8-3-23 for $13.09. On 8-16-23, I received an email that it was shipped. It was supposed to arrive by 8-22-23 to be delivered by "Other." Another tracking number was INVALID. I contacted the seller on 8-23-23. On 8-25-23 the seller responded that there was NO Solution other than processing a refund within 1 to 3 days. The seller WAS and IS STILL (9-18-23) selling the book, yet did not offer to resend the book. WHY?On 9-1-23 the business wrote me that a refund was processed and I should have received an email.I never received such an email.Your web page already shows negative issues with this business.My order number was 20001100-3261085. ******* is listing the business's phone number as **************.

    I ordered books from this business from the ******* website and my product never showed up, they couldn't supply a tracking number, they never tried to reach a resolution they were like here's your money back sorry about your bad luck what kind of business operates like that. Do not do business with BooksXpress from ********** because you just might not get what you ordered.
