    I had my son's birthday party here yesterday, 3/11/23. I am beyond disappointed and upset. I handed two shopping bags with custom favors and cake topper/candles to a MANAGER and they LOST THEM! When my guests arrived at the party room, all of the food we ordered was not there. I kept asking our party attendant for our things to keep the party moving. We then spent an HOUR back and forth with all of the managers. After they pulled footage, they told us they gave our things to ANOTHER PARTY, who already left?! 1. I don't understand how it was given to a different party when a manager took it and 2. Shame on the family that received and kept it! My favors were personalized cups and the other party should have realized. The lack of customer service from 3 out of 4 managers was absolutely disgusting. They were unprofessional and showed no sympathy for their mistake. My son is still upset and my family and friends are disappointed. I wish I could say it was great but you ruined my son's birthday. Do better!
