      march 1 2024 garbage pickup i have garbage pickup twice a week with 2 garbage can pickup which costs more than a one can pickup the cost is ****** per quarter today they piccked up one can and knocked the other can over and now theres garbage bags all over my lawn and they just left it there.this not the first time ive had problems with them

      Customer is unlimited with two 95 gallon toters currently paying $159.39 per quarter.  There are only two other instances noted on their account but customer called multiple times each day and was extremely nasty to every customer service representative who answered the phone.  Last call was on 5/2/23 and the one prior to that was on 4/21/23.  ********** the driver was only able to empty one of their two cans because the 2nd can was too close to their car.  (Driver took picture on 5/2/23 and it showed two toters between a blue parked car and their mail box and the can closest to the car was less than a foot away from the car) and on 4/21/23 we messaged ***** about the issue and he also mentioned about cans being too close to their car.   On all 3 occasions, customer calls every 30 minutes expecting us to run out there whenever there is an issue and we always tell them we will resolve the issue later that day. 

      Call originally came to ****** who told customer that we would have to review the drivers dash CAM video to determine if our driver was at fault or if the can was tipped over before he got there.  ****** called back within 30 minutes and got me but there was no call log from ****** other than a print out on the system so I told the caller that it appears my manager is looking into the issue and if the driver was unable to come back we would send someone out their way later that day.  (This was the day of Frankies father-in-laws funeral).  ***** reviewed the dash CAM video later that day and from what ***** told me - ***** accidentally tipped over the customers second can while putting the other can down and then drove off.  ***** mentioned it was totally our drivers fault and would handle it. 

      I spoke to *****, and she dispatched ***** later that day.  He said there were 3 bags of garbage, but they were still in the toter and there was nothing on the ground.  We considered the matter closed until we received the BBB complaint.

      Just as an FYI, the customer repeatedly put his toters between the mailbox and a car.  it's very hard to grab the toter being so close to either and without causing damage.
