      Worse experience I ever went through ******* DWI of ******* are totally unaccountable They took my money and forgot to make proper notifications to court almost ending with a warrant for my arrest Lawyers are always late and told me I could have gotten same result without a lawyer I do not recommend ******* Law Hoboken

      Terrible experience. Wish I never hired them. Cost me a lot of money and they did very little work, sold me out, never called me back, left me hanging, the stress was unbearable, never got a chance to defend myself, one of the attorneys lied to me about my two cases being dismissed but that was a lie. I don't think the attorneys ever even looked at my file. Didn't seem like they cared at all. Always very green about my case. He never submitted any of the documents I emailed him. I had a call from another attorney the night before my court date. I tried to call him back but couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. Ridiculous. This c*** went on for well over a year. I requested discovery and finally received it two days before my court appearance. I never got to talk about anything or my defense with these clowns. The case went over the statute of limitations but i still had to pay fines. One of the lawyers wanted me to go to another court date and I said no that I was done. It was too much to deal with and was tired of being strung alone. I give this firm a ZERO rating. Thanks a lot for taking my money and representing me so badly. The first attorney I spoke to called my partner and I a couple of gangsters. Well let me tell you something. These attorneys at the Jonathan Marshall law firm in ********** are the gangsters. Just be aware that all they do is take your money and then ignore you. Please find another lawyer. Don't hire these guys. I am so mad I lost my money to these shady lawyers.

      I dont usually take time to write reviews! But Im so darn mad! I charged all my credit cards to retain them to resolve an old bench warrant charge. In my initial consultation the lawyer **** assured me it was a easy & QUICK resolve. Its now been two months in of waiting for this to be over and the lawyer ************************* said minimal at my hearing this morning! Allowed it to be postponed for NO REASON! Didnt do what I asked! I call him he never returns calls! (The one time he did call he rushed me off the phone! Like I hadnt paid him to hear the details of the case!) And I have to send emails! Then he wants to ignore what I asked of him to do! This my first and last time dealing with a lawyer! They take your money quickly, but dont take the time to get to know the details of your case to get you the best results! I WAS so looking forward to having my case resolved today! Which is what you pay the **** $1,500 for! A SPEEDY trial! I guess you get what you pay for! Now another 30 days of waiting. This why you shouldnt have to pay lawyers in advance! What a joke.

TOLD ME HE HAD NO DEFENSE for me, didnt communicate, made me feel scared & worried. charged me 1600$ in BULLSH**T fees, (1000$) in phone calls & we never even talked on the phone for more then a total of 10 minutes! LOOK HIM UP ON THE BETTER BUISNESS BUERU! YOULL SEE REAL REVIEWS. THESE OTHERS ARE ALL FAKE! FIRED & HAD TO HIRE A NEW LAWYER WHO ACTUALLY CARES & DOES THEIR JOB!

      Hi,Don't believe the 5 stars reviews as I & other couple of clients I know having ethical & moral problems. "*******" is the lawyer who charged my credit over the phone in 30 seconds after promised me an aggressive ********************** of the defendant. After he extended the case without letting me know he never answered a phone or email then I was shocked that the company transferred my case to another garbage lawyer her name is "******" who I knew her in the court without talking to her at all, she refused to talk to us after she was 50 minutes late & was busy on the phone talking about another case on our time. In the 1st court session, I didn't hear her voice at all to the point I thought she is muted handicapped then she left right away after the court, since then she never answered any of my calls, emails or text messages. When I called the company to reach the owner who is "Jonathan Marshall" the whole company refused to connect me with him until I gave up & now I'm taking a different approach to get my stolen money back. The company is a complete garbage scammers who are very low class & just gang members.
