      In April our home was hit by a Tornado. We sustained extensive damage to our roof and siding. From the first conversation with *** through the final resolution, he was professional and committed to our claim. He assured us that everything would be ok and kept us at ease during a very stressful situation. Throughout the process he was available 24/7 and personally came to our home on multiple occasions to assure everything was progressing. In a time when customer service takes a back seat, *** was in constant communication and dedicated to a favorable conclusion
