      Big Wave Solar has called me from multiple phone numbers often several times a day, every day except Sunday for over 2 months now. I have spoken to them and specifically asked to be removed from their list several times. This aggressive approach is not the way to do Business in my opinion. They often leave me messages of just background noise or someone sighing. Very creepy and inappropriate.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this situation may have caused. At Big Wave Solar, we strive to maintain respectful and professional communication with all individuals, and we regret that your experience did not reflect that standard.

      After investigating your concern, we were able to confirm that four voicemails were left regarding a prior inquiry. However, we found no record of a successful phone conversation with you, nor any intentional messages containing background noise or other inappropriate audio. We understand how this could be unsettling, and we are truly sorry if any of these messages caused discomfort.

      We take opt-out requests very seriously. As of today, your number has been added to our internal "Do Not Call" list, and you will not receive further communication from us. Please keep in mind that if your contact information was shared through third-party sources, other companies not affiliated with Big Wave Solar may still attempt to reach you.

      If you have any additional questions, please dont hesitate to contact us directly. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us improve our outreach practices.
