    I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father. My dad saw a doctor from ***** on 1/31/23 and 2/1/23 when he was in the hospital and on 2/9/24 in their office as a follow-up. He paid ***** $45 on 2/9/23 and $134.81 on 4/7/23. According to ***** my dad only owed ***** $45 for the three dates he saw them. I called ***** on 9/18/23 when I discovered my dad had paid $134.81 too much. I spoke to ***, who told me that she was showing a credit of $134.72 for my dad and a check would be sent to him. My dad never received a check. I called back on 12/14 and spoke to *****. She said something about having to forward refund requests to the "mother company"and that she would email her supervisor and email me with any update on the check. My dad never received a check, and I never heard from *****. I called back on 1/12/24 and spoke to ********. She spoke to her manager, ******, and said she would call me back by the end of the day with an update. My dad never received a check, and I never heard from ******** (1). I called back on 2/17/24 and spoke to ******** again. She spoke to her manager, ******, and said she would call me back by the end of the day with an update. My dad never received a check, and I never heard from ******** (2). I would like a check for $134.81 sent to my dad now.

    I asked three times for ********************************* to return my call, as a patient in pain getting a total knee replacement, you would think this wouldn't be a problem. but he never returned any calls.His **ordinator ( **** ) put my appointment in for the wrong day, and instead of taking responsibility, **** found it necessary to verbally abuse me, trying to over talking me like bully, and literally called me a j--**** in the office lobby in front of everyone, Completely embarrassing me, Ive never been so mortified. After all, it's a surgeons office!!, I can't believe this how they would want to represented. I went home and called back and **mplained to the office manager *****, asked for my ** pay to be credited back to my credit card, this never happened called 2 times I was told she would discuss this with ****************** and call me back, never called me back still I now have to start the whole process over while in pain, because they have in**mpentant help that are beyond professional.
