  Highly recommend Pro Canine. ****** and his team were great with the customers, flexible, and most importantly delivered on the training. We waited a year after training to provide a realistic feedback. They know how to help with spirited dogs, basic obedience, off lease, recall, family protection, or police protection. We are already planning on contracting Pro Canine again for a puppy trained for family protection. Thank you - ********** (NALA - Summer of 2023)

  Brief history- I had purchased a protection dog in 2022 from a trainer in **************. I had been assured through many phone conversations with the owner and staff of the ************** training facility that it was reputable and would provide me with a safe, well trained protection dog for my farm. . After in initial 6 weeks the dog of being totally on a leash, I realized that the dog I had received was very weak in basic obedience and over time the dog proved very reactive to specific situations in my farm environment. I was also informed during one of my phone conversations when asking for help from the trainer in **************, that I was expected as a dog handler to be proficient with use of the **Collar for both training and correction; however, the use of an e-collar was never mentioned either in the phone conversations or on the contract I signed. I made numerous phone calls to the purchase site without resolution. One phone conversation when asking for help, I was told to "fry" the dog to stop the unwanted behavior! Needless to say, I was very anxious and distressed!I am ever so thankful to ****** that when I called him and briefly explained my situation he told me immediately "bring the dog over to ProCanine!" His thorough assessment of my dog gave me immediate peace of mind that I had found the right person.The skills of both he and his staff over the following 7 months proved successful to redirect and train my dog to be both safe on and off the farm, maintaining his protection instincts, but with good control.I would highly recommend ProCanine to anyone either looking for a high quality dog or seeking training for the dog they have.I was also able to purchase from ProCanine an amazing companion German Shepherd with excellent training and sweet temperment after the passing of my 13 yr old female German ****************************, due to cancer.I BIG THANK YOU to ALL. Could not thank you enough!

  ***** and his team have been incredible at training our Standard Poodle. We started at 3 months old for basic training and after just 1 month of training he is behaving like a completely different dog. ***** takes the time to understand your dog and provide unique training techniques for the best results. We are looking forward to the continuation of the training!

  Hello Everyone, I am a parent of a disabled young man and I was looking for about two years for a service dog for him. My journey ended with ProK9. I spoke to ****** and explained the situation to him. He was extremely compassionate and sincerely concerned over my son. We went for a visit and my son played with one of his dogs and it was apparent to me, with the right training, a dog will help him. He immediately began contemplating on which breed will be the right one for him. It took a while but it was worth the wait. He decided that a female ******* ******************* will be the dog for him. Our future service dog is in training now and she comes to visit during the weekends. ****** feels that a slow transition to the home is best for my son, and he is right. She is now 17 weeks old and is doing great with her training but with bonding with my son. I cannot begin to express how happy I am seeing my son with his dog. We take walks together and all she wants is to be by his side. She is very obedient, very in control of herself and extremely friendly and eager to learn. She is already showing her abilities and obey common commands like sit and down. We are so grateful for meeting ****** and his team. We are looking forward to her graduating form ProK9 as a "real" service dog. She will get 900 hours of training and will be acclimated to various locations, like buses and airports. Thank you ****** for believing in me and my son, for putting in 110 percent in helping us find the right breed and for assigning ****** to train our future service dog! ****** you are the best trainer in ** and most of all you are a very compassionate and caring man and this makes you stand out from the rest!
