    Huge mistake. ****** does not communicate, irresponsible. All talk. No notice job started day early. Removed shingles 2 roofs same time, claimed both roofs needed new plywood, $27,000 more. Expected storm, I had plywood delivered in 30 minutes. No required permits. Shingles "BARKWOOD" confirmed ****. Front half house shingled & portion of garage, shingles wrong color. ****** responded, "I honestly don't know what's going on in ****** when I left work left as well", ******* field now. Called *****, on a plane to a graduation. Correct shingles delivered. May 29 expected severe storm asked workers to tarp roof, 7 new tarps laying on garage floor, said no need to tarp. Asked *** for roofs be tarped, said was not necessary, Ice/water shield will protect. Mentioned not secure/blowing up, *** said guys take care of it. May 30 my son called 6:30 am. Water pouring through walls, ceilings, fixtures in house. Went to house helped cleanup, took photos. Went across street to check garage water pouring down attic stairs. Puddles floor. Dripping on *************** & microwave. Upstairs water dripping, ceilings. Downstairs bathroom water dripping destroyed sheetrock. Took photos.. *** said "ANY DAMAGES, I will take care of. Sons house over $100,000 damages. Reached out to ****** re: garage damages, he became defensive & started to make threats. Said he was going to put a lien on properties & other threats. Refused to give insurance information, said he switched ins. company. Said he would give ****************. info & good luck with them covering anything. ****** said "do what you have to do. Get me a quote, if reasonable will work something out". ****** claimed, "Our team of ********************** will be waiting" *** asked me not to go through insurance or lawyers, claimed he would take care of things. Damages to house $100,000. Damages to the Garage $74,000.

    I highly recommend these contractors for any exterior projects. They built my **** sq pavers and an 800 sq ft deck in less then 10 days. Very professional and very affordable.
