    Feb 24, 2023. The installers damaged my walls and the new flooring, and never fixed them or offered to pay to fix them. They filled in thr spots on the floor and you can still see it. They installed the flooring in the hallway wrong and never fixed it. Finally on March 23, 2024 they came to fix it and damaged more of the hallway and never came back to finish. I have texted and called the owners and installer and get nowhere. I get broken promises as always from Abby. I've had no response from his brother James since Jan which was,of course, all lies still. Joe the installer told me he would be back the following week and never showed up nor has he answered me. Also, the day they came to start to fix the hallway, Joe told me the spot in the bedroom couldn't be fixed after James said he had all the information. On top of it, the day they tried to start to fix the hallway, he refused to take the garbage with him, telling me his truck was too full. Beyond unprofessional to say the least. I had to pay a painter to fix and paint the hallway. They were supposed to bring finished 1/4 round and didn't and again damaged the wall and new 1/4 round. Every time I speak with Abby he tells me James will call and nothing happens. I want everything fixed or a refund, the cost of the painter I hired, and the cost of a painter to come and fix it again. I have pictures of EVERYTHING , texts messages from Feb 23rd to current, and call logs. I have way too much to attach if there is a way to send it differently that would be appreciated as it won't let me upload everything. Last I spoke with Abby was on 5/20 @ 4:10 pm and he said James would come on Mon and fix everything paint and all and Abby would call a few days before that week to let me know exact date. Never heard back
