    TERRIBLE CONTRACTOR! They hire sub sub contractors (most likely the people waiting at ********** to get picked up to do work). Which there is nothing wrong with that until they start working serious jobs in peoples homes and are actually unqualified.We used them and didnt check their credentials on the referral of an old acquaintance that is associated with them and use them for their projects- which was certainly my mistake because the owner ***** obviously just wanted our money and didnt give a (explicit language) about the actual work being done by HIS subcontractors- who were definitely not licensed. He told me these guys worked for him for over 20 years but several were definitely under that age.He tricked me 1st when I asked him to paint the entire house white- in the Contract he wrote 'antique white' which is actually PINK! He mustve had tons of this paint and wanted to get rid of it with an unsuspecting client (me).They painted over wall sockets- we cant even plug things in Painted windows shut scratched our wood floors. They mis-installed the gasket in the bathroom they redid which created a new leak which he yelled at me for- so not only did they do a horrible job but they created more damages and then bullied, intimidated and avoided his way out of responsibility. So it cost me an additional $1,000 to fix what his workers had done wrong.My referral of this company also didnt get involved- so on all fronts we got taken advantage of majorly.So please- I would advise anyone in the Northern ** or Tri-State area, do yourself a favor and save yourself stress and possibly extra charges in irresponsible damages- DO NOT USE ANPE Contractors or work with *****- all he wants is your money and he has a horrible temper.
