    On Saturday April 8th 2023,I called Jersey Boys plumbing out to clear my pipes which were backed up we agreed on $740. After 15 minutes it was displayed my pipes were clear, the driver left, I immediately ********************** inside to shower, look in the basement flooded again, got them back out about 4 hours later and the tried again unsuccessfully my alternative I was told was to dig my yard up for $5500 which seemed to outrageousl so I called another company which the came out and fixed the problem in 20 minutes, I thought *************** the owner would at least meet me halfway with what he charge me for an incompleted job but after our many phone conversations he accused me of trying to take him for momey, Im just asking for what is fair, please help.

    Jersey Boys Plumbing was called to resolve brown/dirty water coming out of faucets/tub. After looking into it, the employee advised a water flush would fix the issue but the water heater was not up to code and needed three upgrades prior to being able to work on it. I asked for the total price was told two options: first that included the flush that I was told would resolve the issue. The final option was over $4,500 to install a new water heater, which the employee specifically said is always included as an option but not necessary in this case. I chose the second option, as I needed the water cleaned up as soon as possible, so I paid $1,913.84 (Invoice ********). Before the employee left, I showed him the water was still coming out brown and he assured me sometimes it stirs up a little extra rust and it would clear up in no time (1-2 days ***** I continued to run water for almost 4 days and the water never cleared up. I called the employee back and they said sometimes it will not fix the problem, and I could install a new water heater now for the original cost of $4,500. So the $1,913.84 I paid was for absolutely nothing, and did not, as promised, fixed the issue. I would have never paid for anything if I knew there was a chance it would not work. I would have never had to pay extra to bring it up to code. I would have never done business with this company if they said from the beginning this would not fix the issue. When the employee came back, he almost sounded like he was aware the first part of work would not have worked, even though I was told it would. This is a borderline scam where they promised work that would resolve my issue and it did not. I contacted them and their response was well you agreed, so it is what it is.. Their website also includes a 100% satisfaction guarantee, that they did not wish to uphold.
