    If you don't have enough problems go and order something from Yummy Bazaar. Checking the status of the order in 2, 3 or 4 days you will see "not yet shipped". You may email them but do not expect respond. You may try to call and the robot immediately will tell you there is nobody to respond and to live your name and phone number and ..... nobody will ever call you back. That is it!

    They really made an unauthorized charge on my credit card and expect me to pay 20% for their mistake? I’m tired of these companies unethical business practices. I am such a loyal customer I'm so glad I only spent less than $300 on them because seeing how they treat their customers that is all they will ever get from me. I recommend you to not order from them. They are dishonest and customer service is not reachable or consistent. I am so upset with this company I really thought I found a trusted company to buy imported foods. Well I think it’s back to ******* and ***** ****** for me. Just beware you I would trust them

    They send expired products and then make you jump thru hoops to get a refund or replacement. Terrible customer service

    Have placed 12 orders with them over the past couple years (mostly in winter for holiday chocolates from my home country), and haven't had any issue to date. They usually end up being the cheapest option, as importing directly from Europe comes with hefty shipping fees.

    Really disappointed in their customer service. Ordered some cookies from France, they tasted really stale ; could not eat them: asked for exchange or refund. They told me because the expiration date was still valid they could not do anything about it. They just lost a customer!

    I wish I would have looked here before ordering....
    I ordered 9 bars of (expensive) Hammond's chocolate. It was my first time ordering from Yummy Bazaar. It came in a few days, which was great. Then I opened the first chocolate bar and it was obviously melted and re-hardened. It didn't just look terrible, it also tasted bad. It was chalky and crumbly. I had ordered a filled bar as well, which had melted together with the chocolate. I sent in a customer support request and was told that they would send it to the claims team and then someone would get back to me. I am not sure why someone in customer service couldn't handle a simple product issue to begin with but I waited. And waited. And then sent another email. And waited some more. Someone finally got back to me after 10 days and two emails and 1 chat, only to tell me that "chocolate bloom" was a normal thing and that it doesn't affect the taste of the chocolate (if you have ever eaten chocolate you now that is not true). And that during hot times of the year this is normal. It is October in Minnesota. It is not hot.
    Instead of refunding me they gave me a gift card (that was about 1/3 of the value of my order).
    I am not a highly critical person, especially having worked in customer service myself, but it seems obvious to me that if you send a customer a bad product, you replace it or refund them. Pretty simple, but apparently not for Yummy Bazaar. Super disappointing. If you are planning to order perishable items... DON'T!
