Ive been a member for many years of this chain. Over the years and thanks to the pandemic I built up a large balance of packages. Ive been redeeming them catching up with no issues until recently. There was some sort of a problem with my "home" location Deptford where I originally signed up for my membership. For unknown reasons Deptford was unable to bill my card and canceled my membership without notice. It was the glassborow location that informed me of this when I cam in for my regularly scheduled service. They were quick to suggest I reinstate my account sign signing up at their location. This allowed me to get member pricing the the service I had already completed that day. Unfortunately this has ended up being quite detrimental to me. By signing up at a new location my packages apparently remain inactive and are not restored. Glassborow suggested I take this matter up with Deptford whwever they informed me they are unable to help now because my membership is now active at the Glassboro location. They seam to have lost track of many of the packages I had (Previously I had about 10 packages pre-paid) but they were still showing two packages inactive. The only option offered at Deptford was to cancel the glassboro membership then reopen again at Deptford which wound;t be a big deal except the the fact glass borrow also charged me a new enrollment fee this I'm told by Deptford isn't necessary and never charged at their location.

So get being a member for many years and mostly redeeming my services at the glassborow location I'm now out the cost of the enrollment fee plus at least 2 pre-paid packages that were lost in the process. I would appreciate the enrollment fee being refunded and the two packages bring restored by the glassborow location.
