    I hired this company to move my furniture from an apartment to a storage unit. They quoted me one price, but then requested a much higher amount after the move. I paid the price, because I had no choice. I had a 65 inch TV. They did not wrap the television, instead they placed it in the storage unit and placed other things on top causing the screen to crack. They didn’t even put it in a box. The television is ruined. I cannot use it. I paid over $1100 for it. When I called the company, I was asked to send pictures and a claim would be filed. I sent the pictures. I followed up with them a week later and was told that they were waiting to hear back from their insurance regarding the claim, I followed up two more times same thing. Then about a month later when I followed up, some girl told me that the move was took remote to make a claim. I asked to speak with the manager and have not received a response since.

    NJ wide moving, LLC initially quoted so low, but, charge for their truck leaving the warehouse and heading back + tolls + fuel surcharge. They even have the nerve to charge for the lunch time more than an hour on the customer, demand everything to be signed on several papers prior to the loading, demand payment in cash prior to unloading + 20% mandatory gratuity on the final bill. Very unreasonable and rip you off.
    Take unreasonably lot of time to unload for extending hours to be billed, very unethical, unprofessional

    The movers were in a rush to load and unload the truck. We're very unprofessional. They through my laptop computer on the floor because it was on the dining room table and broke it. They left an entire closet full of box's that were packed for the move. They showed no respect for my personal property anything that wasn't already posted up they just thought it on the floor like it was trash. They also broke the door frame on my front door at my new house. I was originally quoted $750 for 4 hours and the movers disappeared for **************************************************************************************** for 6 hours when the whole job took about 3 1/2 hours they also changed me for 16 rolls of packing tape and afterwards I found at least 5 rolls of unused packing tape at my old apartment

    The aforementioned customer was not present during the move, in fact it was a family member of his that our company moved. The customer was not packed at all when the movers arrived, loose items were piled all over the residence, we have pictures to prove it. the belongings that were left behind are one's that were not packed by client, client paid for basic service, which includes us only packing furniture. Customer was responsible for packing all smaller items as per quote given. the aforementioned laptop, was not thrown, it was moved off a table in order to pack and move the table. everything in this residence was on the floor like trash before the team arrived to do the move. Client was charged according to how long the job took, and there was no damage to door or any other property. if needed i have pictures and documentation to providee
