    I received a text message in reference to a pending case #POG1835162. I called and they told me this was from some payday loan from several years ago. I was working and panicked. They demanded a settlement payment that day and I gave them my information. Upon getting home, my wife and I combed through our extensive records and there is no debt. I demanded they send me proof of this debt several times with no response. My bank has been unhelpful thus far in resolving this. This loss of money has put my family in a very bad situation. I'd like to caution others to not fall for this scam at the mention of court orders and garnishments, as I did. I fear they will take a third payment out so I may be forced to close my bank account.

    On July 1 2024 I received a text in reference to pending case #POG1814550. I'm available to speak you in my office if you have any questions or concerns. You can reach me directly at ************** and ask to speak to *********. I call and am told I have a unpaid loan from 6 years ago in the amount of $2275.38 and my wages are going to be garnished I can settle now for ****** they took a partial payment of ***** with the balance due on 7/5 . Checking my records I never took a loan out with the company they said so I don't plan on paying them the rest
