    My family and I were working with Ms ****** *******. She is good at being an advocate unfortunately not organized enough to communicate with us . We reached out to get her guidance to fill out paperwork for our kids to submit to their school. As instructed, we would run everything by her first. However , she would not respond to us on the day of or maybe even next day. A simple text would have been helpful. When we approached her with this complaint she became upset and decided to tell us that she can no longer help us with the case. We have already been a year in and have paid lawyer/advocate fees. It was a very simple fix. We feel like more understanding towards the families of kids with special needs should have been a part of the business model of this advocate . Especially since she understands from years of working with other families. We are now lost and confused and have to start the process for our son all over again. I believe the goal with this review is to not just show the flaws of this company but to help others in my situation avoid a situation like this. Having to fight to get proper help and education for your child of special needs is already not an easy task , this just makes it so much harder and almost discouraging. Its scary to know that the advocate we relied on to help us with our special needs son abruptly terminated our case and left us in the dark because we complained about having better communication with us as clients .
