    If i could give a negative star i would! STAY AWAY! we live in a bad world welcome to a place of "business" if you may call it that, that fits in so well in this bad world. I have been going through a hardship, advised them of same, continued to make my payments through my struggle, anytime i ask for things i am never gotten back to like when i asked for a loan forbearance *** to hardship they NEVER respond. I asked how much it would be to buy my loan out they came back with are you making this months payment i said no i want to buy out then ************************* (RUDEST lady with a HOSTILE work ethic) emails me about making a payment or repo, like what i want to buy my car. I then proceed to has for my account ledger and asked again what the but out price is to buy our early minus and hidden fees etc... I'M STILL WAITING. I asked to please deal with anyone but ******* and they do NOT respect. I'm hoping to be contacted by some one in there office who is professional but i do not recommend giving your money, time or business to a company that does not conduct good business. By law they have an obligation yo give an account. YET THEY DON"T

    Lady at office in ******** city , is on drugs bad and needs help before she deals with customers money . I was back 700 and wanted to pay 600 she go extremely rude and told me no . Your vehicle will be picked up today . Never sends me a receipt after i continuously ask for all my receipts
