This place scams people. Thankfully I did not fall victim to the scam as the red flags were obvious. I used ******************** to get a quote to sell my vehicle they routed me to this company. Since ******************** is a larger company I assumed they vetted the companies they use. Well they clearly do not. They had me sitting around all day for the vehicle pick up. I was told they would be here by 12 and after calling back, they didnt end up getting here until 4 oclock. I was told that upon them picking up my vehicle, they would provide me with the payment in the form of half check half cash when they arrived the check was 90% of the money, and the cash was 10%. Not only was that incorrect, but the check was also written out incorrect so if I were to cash it with my bank, the check would not have cleared.( this was done intentionally) I called the office and spoke with ***, I asked her if they could Venmo me the money to resolve the issue and she stated that the manager ***** was out of the office at a doctor *********** and would not be able to resolve the issue over the phone and she was unable to Venmo me because she was at the doctor. *** tried to manipulate me to let them take my vehicle anyway without getting paid. I called back a few minutes after that phone conversation and ***** happen to answer the phone. Clearly she was not at the doctors office, in speaking with her I told her that I was not comfortable with receiving a check from them and I only wanted cash for my vehicle. At this point she started screaming at me and told me that theyre not taking my vehicle and hung up the phone on me. I dodged a huge bullet in not allowing them to take my vehicle or excepting a revised check as a form of payment from them, as you can see their previous reviews have been horrific. checks, bouncing regularly.

    Good Afternoon,

I am well aware that this customer is stating that we tried to scam her. My employee *** spoke with her through the whole processes, first she told her that is was part cash and part check, not directly half and half. Yes, she was scheduled for the afternoon but like all our customer we tell them that we call them an hour before we are on our way to pick up there vehicle. My driver was very delayed that day due to two vehicles being stuck then also traffic. Upon arrival my driver spoke with her then I mistakenly wrong the check out wrong, I had to run out of the office during the time she called back. *** had offered he multiple options such has coming down to receive another check, she could keep the title and the cash that was in the envelope. She did ask *** if I had venmo but I do not have a business venmo account. I then came back into the office earlier then I originally thought I was and spoke to her. She was screaming over the phone at my driver **** while I was on the phone with him. I told my driver to leave because there was no reason for her to scream at my driver or me when *** gave her other options for payment. We've been in business since the 1960's and we aren't going anywhere for us to be scamming people.

I am rejecting this response because:

This company scams people. They have been bouncing checks for customers for years. This woman screams at all customers and then plays the victim. Her driver was a kind man and in return ai was kind to him as well.

    Regards,
