    I have NEVER heard of this company in my whole entire life yet I see someone is using my information because I have a hard inquire on my experian credit report. I have been trying to contact this number all day and have yet to find someone to help me dispute and now I see by all these complaints the company itself is fraudulent.I take my credit seriously and I am reporting identity theft because this is not the only inquire on my information shown that I did not run or do. I need this hard inquire off my credit ASAP. Please help.

    On April 14th I contacted this company from an advertisement claiming I was approved for $990,000 in capitol funding, it was a scam, they since then have pulled 2 hard credit check on me, one on May 25th and one on April 15th, neither without my authorization or approval. This company is a scam

    They have another name tied to my social security number. Every other major crediting bureau along with IRS, SS, and local law enforcement have my soc sec number tied to me. I have called at least 50 times to get someone to help me and no one has been willing to help. I've asked them to open an investigation to which they have not. I even tried to dispute it via their website but it doesn't allow me to because my soc sec number is being used fraudulently by someone else.All I want is my information corrected. I was instructed by SS along with congressman ****** not to send a copy of my card. There are so many ways they can verify this however they have chosen not to and therefore someone is continuing to steal my identity.

    We've been filling out applications to get pre-approved for a business loan and haven't committed to anything nor signed any documents, yet somehow they ran a Hard Inquiry on personal credit for both my business partner and I on 01/31/2023.They must be using a different name for their company since I can't find their information to link up correspondence and we'll now have to fight to get it removed, we take our credit very seriously since it's kept very clean.

    I have a credit pull on my experian account 1/18/2023 from this company and I did not authorize. I locked my credit score accounts and am filing a complaint. My phone and text are blowing up and my adult children contacted to give me a business loan. I no longer want to be contacted by this company. Place me on the do not call / contact and destroy and documents they have on me. I have no idea who this company is.

    On September 8, 2022 I entered into a reverse consolidation with ML Factors Trust through **************** with the broker *********************. All documents and contracts were signed and a funding call was done. I was told that weekly a deposit would be made on Friday to cover three higher interest loans that I had. Then daily payments would be made as well as part of the reverse consolidation. On September 9, 2022 a deposit ht my account from ML Factors Trust which they said would also reflect program fees; thus a lower than normal weekly payment for the reverse consolidation. '***' is the person I spoke to. On September 9, 2022 daily payments also started from ML Factors Trust as stated in the contract and schedule provided. This week on Friday, September 16, 2022 NO deposit was made as promised by the contract with ML Factors Trust. I made contact with the broker (*****) at **************** and he was no help and got aggressive with me attempting to gas light me. I shared my story with a couple other people in the financial industry and was able to get the contact of the owner ML Factors Trust, and no return call was received. Multiple attempts were also made to contact their office but no one would answer. This appears to be a financial scam and needs to be stopped.
