    Here is my Statement and Timeline:I employed Elezi Construction NJ back in Nov ********************************************** Mar 2022 I contacted Elezi Construction NJ (Florhom) for a quote for my main roof. After receiving quote in April 2022, I decided to wait due to other financial obligations.This July 2023, actually July 11, I agreed to contract Elezi Construction NJ to repair/replace my main roof.Work commenced on July 19, 2023.On July 20, 2023 due to heavy rains and Elezi Construction NJ unsupervised and irresponsible workers not securing tarp properly leaving my small roof exposed, I was in disbelief and shocked to find what looked like a waterfall cascading down through my bedroom ceiling. On July 25, 2023, I woke up to the devastating sight of a caved in ceiling and a messy room full of fallen chunks of cement and compound.To add insult to injury, *******, the owner of Elezi Construction NJ was trying to rub me blind with adding an additional $48+k once he started the job. (He did the same when he did the flat roof adding an additional 50% to my bill. I was vulnerable and just wanted to secure my house. I was pleased with the work that is why I rehired his company even though I had some questions about his ethics.) On top of it, Elezi Construction NJ doesnt have coverage to do roofing work. *******, the owner hesitantly provided me with ************** as proof of insurance. When I filed a claim with ******, My claim was denied because Elezi Construction NJ, LLC is not covered for roofing work and Hiscox does not provide insurance to roofers.My damages/loss are substantial due to Elezi Construction NJ negligence. I have to come out of pocket $13700.04 not including the cleanup, clothes and other items that were damaged. To say the least, I am extremely upset. My goal is I do not want another homeowner to experience this unprofessional, deceitful and trying to take advantage from the likes of Elezi Construction NJ.
