    Yahoo mail has changed its user interface yet again, and I am unable to go back to the old interface. I am tired of websites "fixing" what is not broken, so this time I decided to close the yahoo account. I have begun by eliminating new emails to the account. I have contacted everyone who sends emails and advised them to remove the email address from the system. I have contacted ForeverLux at least 5 times now from the email address, from their website form, and once on live chat. Yet, they are still emailing me.

    I am rejecting this response because I see no option to unsubscribe from emails from you.  If I saw it, I would have used it.  I contacted you via email at least 5 times before I filed this complaint.

    I want you to understand something.  I have had that email address for MANY years.  I am looking at many months if not 2-3 years worth of work to go through emails one by one by one.  I do not have the time or the energy to do 100 a day, so it will take me a very, very long time to do this so that I can close the account.  

    You might ask, "why not just transfer your emails en masse from the old email address to the new email address?"  Good question.  It is impossible to do that.  Yahoo literally does not allow mass transfer of emails.  If you want to do a mass transfer of emails, they you MUST first buy a paid yahoo account.  I have no desire to pay Yahoo anything.  Therefore, I have to do this one by one.

     Okay, well, I have explained this is excruciating detail for you.  I hope you understand and will simply delete the email address as I have now requested 6X.  If you had only done this, I never would have filed a complaint.  It does NOT help your business to have a BBB complaint filed against you, so it was not very smart of you to just delete the email address the first time I asked you.

    By the way, I have never purchased from you because every time I go to your site, I can look at 20 or more perfumes, and NONE of them is in stock.  This has not impressed me with you.  I am a long time collector.  My collection is large.  I stopped counting how many bottles I own after I reached 250 bottles.  If you had had perfumes in stock any time I visited your site, I likely would have purchased from you.  Now, however, since I have had to file a BBB complaint just to get you to delete my old email address, I am not favourably impressed with you.  Not only do you never have anything in stock, but the simple request to delete my email address has turned into an reasonably long effort to get you to do it.  You have wasted a lot of my time and effort.  I have lots of other things to do, including going through a few thousand emails. 

    The upshot is: DELETE THE ADDRESS and do not expect I will buy from you in future.  If it took THIS MUCH EFFORT just to get you to delete the email address, how difficult would it be to deal with you if I had a problem with my order?

    Your reputation precedes you.  You would do well to remember this.

    I made a purchase on September 3rd through ****. I received a couple of emails giving me some updates about my package. I got a final email saying that the package was out for delivery yesterday, September 11th. I was in alert the whole day expecting to receive the package. Unfortunately, the package never arrived and they updated on the website saying that the package was delivered at 11:52 am but the package was NOT delivered.I would like help with this matter. Not only to receive my product but also to catch whoever was supposed to drop the package so they don't do it again.Thank you!

    I made two separate orders with this seller on **** on 3/8/24. One order was free shipping and other was expedited which I paid for. The seller then decided without my permission to merge the orders and ship the cheapest way possible as it benefited them. Then the seller had the gall after I asked what happened to tell me I only paid for one item to be expedited. These orders should’ve been handled separately as they were purchased as such. This is unacceptable and intolerable that a seller, or any business, would do this then be further offensive and act as if what they did was justified.

    The items were of TWO SEPARATE orders which had no business being merged because if benefited you. You should’ve not assumed this would be okay and handled the orders separately as they were paid for especially when it came to expedited shipping. Furthermore, you should’ve contacted me to ask if this would be okay but instead you did what was best for you NOT me.

    This company took my money and never delivered my product that purchased. Tracking number shows item was returned to sender but foreverlux.com says they don't have the item. **** made it very clear that when an item is returned to sender it will never be marked delivered but instead returned. I sent over 7 emails explaining this over and over but still foreverlux.com stole my money and will not ****** nor refund my money.**************************************************************************************

    I had ordered ******* from this website on 12/01..it was said to be delivered last week, wednesday i believe, and i was told by my neighbor that they visibly saw someone steal the package from my porch. I have been trying to contact this business and am being told they dont replace or give refunds when package says delivered, even if the package was stolen. I paid $49.69 for this and i do not have funds to just waste, i need every *****. I am being told i cannot get refunded and i would like my money back and to never conduct business with this website again, they honestly should be shut down.

    On 11/06/23 I made a purchase to buy a cologne for $80.34 through PayPal. On 11/14/23, **** shows the item has been delivered but I did not receive anything. **** tracking is ********************** I've contacted the business but they tell me because it's been delivered, they can't do anything about it and to contact ****. I've contacted **** and they pretty much told me that they can't honor my refund and that the item was not insured to contact the sender. I've contacted PayPal to file a dispute but PayPal closed the case because the tracking number showed the item was delivered. I'm really upset I've not received the item and still charged $80.34

    I had placed an order (#******) on 2nd Aug for 4 perfumes of which I wanted to return the Armani My Way. The bottle was unopened and I confirmed with your customer service via mail on 10 Aug that no restocking fees would apply to an unopened merchandise (the same is also explicitly mentioned on the website). After which I decided to return the product. I have a complete video of the unopened perfume bottle (in its original packaging with plastic wrapping) being packaged back for shipping. The package was shipped and delivered to you on September 27. After following up on the same, I was issued a refund today after deducting a 20% restocking fee and on questioning was told that the merchandise was opened. I have shared images of having shipped an unopened merchandise and I have complete video of the same that I am willing to share. I am not entitled to pay any restocking fees on this and I would like the same to be refunded. This was my first transaction with Foreverlux and such behavior is very unethical and its turning into a bitter experience.

    Purchased ******* for men absolute and was sent ******* for men intense which was something I purchased from them just a few weeks prior and they sent me the same thing again. I messaged them with a picture and theyre failing to respond and correct this in a timely manner which is unacceptable to me as i paid for the item and want the item I paid for. I have purchased from them a lot so this is just intolerable that they cant and refuse to handle this situation more expeditiously. They take my money immediately so I expect nothing less than to have this error corrected immediately.

    I ordered perfume on **** from this company. I received a watered down bottle and contacted **** to return it. I was told by **** my account was suspended. So nit only was I ripped off by foreverLux, but they had my **** account suspended.

    On January 15th I placed an order with Foreverlux for $55.71 and the estimated delivery time was 2-7 business days. The tracking results indicate there are no updates since January 19th. I believe the package is lost. Foreverlux will not refund my money or send a replacement. They've instructed me to contact the carrier. I did so and they instructed me to contact the retailer. No one will help me or provide any resolution. The company has my money and I have no product. Please help me resolve this matter.
