    NO FOLLOW THROUGH, HARD TO GET HELP. I WAS MISLEAD AND OUTRIGHT LIED TO REGARDING MY REQUEST FOR MY ANNUAL WELLNESS VISIT . ******* ******* SAID SHE DOESN'T PERFORM THEM UNTIL SHE'S NOTIFIED BY MY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER . I'VE BEEN USING UHC 2001 TO 2025. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF THIS. I INQUIRED WITH *** AND THEY SAID TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR, IT'S A STANDARD IN THE INDUSTRY . IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RETURN CALLS FOR REFILLS, CONCERNS, MAJOR AND STRESSED URGENCY. 11 CALLS AND STILL WAITING. TRYING ANOTHER PERSON WITHIN ENNOBLE FOR MY PRIMARY. ALSO, I JUST RECEIVED A WRITTEN REPORT COVERING MY HEALTH PER ******* AND SOME THINGS WERE NEVER MENTIONED OR DISCUSSED WITH ME AT EITHER VISIT. NO TESTS WERE DONE EITHER SO HOW CAN SHE REPORT ISSUES REQUIRING LAB WORK OR OTHER TESTS?

    Make sure you call to cancel services. Still getting bills 2 years after we wrote to the nurse and in the patient portal that we dont need their services. Most recent bill is for critical care (which is a review of files and doesnt require a home visit!). Good luck getting an appt without talking to a rude person also no one will ever call back.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My mother is homebound and ennoble care was put in charge of her care. Their website claims they have the highest quality care, prioritize the patient, responsive 24/7 and ensure all needs are taken care of. This is absolutely untrue. They are horrible. Since September 2024 the ** in charge of my mother takes days, even weeks to call back - every single time. Due to the lack of responsiveness, every issue has become urgent or required emergency room intervention. Prescriptions are allowed to run out and despite REPEATED calls and emails, a return call is never received. I am currently waiting for a call back for 9 days. I have called and emailed for 9 days straight leaving messages and asking for needed prescriptions. No one has called back or sent the scripts in. This is not only completely unnacceptable, it is dangerous to the patient.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE- DO NOT USE Started with them 3 weeks ago. Seven days ago, I needed a prescription filled. I called every day for my nurse practitioner to call back; she Never did. Her cover practitioner never called back.
