    I am reaching out to file a formal complaint against Total Ink Solutions for engaging in deceptive business practices. I have encountered issues that I believe are misleading to customers and may constitute consumer fraud.

    Here are the specifics:
    • Company Name: Total Ink Solutions
    • Nature of Deceptive Practice: They said I would receive the item within 3 business days and it took more than 2 weeks to receive, upon inspection I was unable to use the item because it had a European outlet. Their refund policy says that you have to initiate the return within 14days but that is impossible when it takes more than 14 days to get your order. The item was sent back unused and in its original condition.
    • My Experience: This item was for my kid, and it has a huge negative impact as he spent most of his savings to buy a product that he would not be able to use.
    • Attempts to Resolve: I have attempted to resolve this issue by emails Unfortunately, these efforts have not resulted in a satisfactory resolution.

    I believe that this company’s practices could negatively impact other consumers, and I request your assistance in investigating this matter further. Please let me know if you need any additional information to support this complaint.
