    We were quoted 3 different prices by 3 different people who answered my inquiry. All prices were under $199. Plus I was told that I could use the $25 off Summer coupon because of the Summer season. When the young men showed, they told me that the price would be $499. I was so upset. I asked to speak to their supervisor *****. I did. He came down in price to $275 plus tax. I told him that the website doesn't list his pricing and I wanted to see it. ********* showed me the pricing. It's not on their website. The two young men had the truck loaded in under 5 minutes. They were quite apologetic, professional, and polite but the prices quoted and the actual prices didn't match up. Plus they told me that our stuff would be donated. **** sent me an email receipt that stated if they can donate our stuff, we would receive an itemized list from the charity that would take it. Again, more misinformation. Was anything right? I felt scammed and taken. Yet, they say that they are green conscious. I love that idea. Oh well. Good luck to the next person.
