On June 11, 2024 after numerous research I decided to go with Probuild Masonary and Construction. I spoke to a contractor who came to the house and gave me an estimate of $7200 to to put concrete in my backyard. I was told all of the backyard would be done. I signed a contract and decided to let them do the job. The next day demolition started while I was at work but when I came home from work demolition was done to certain parts. The next day I decided to stay home from work, when I asked the workers why all the concrete was not broken up they said this what the boss told them to do. After the concrete that was broken up it was still not removed and I then realized the concrete truck came to pour concrete with the of the old concrete still not removed. I told the worker through translation on my phone because no one spoke English that this is not how it is done. I did enough research to know that the old concrete had to be removed and rebar had to be placed. Even the guy who came to pour the cement was shocked. They removed the old concrete and through the rebar in and just poured the cement I could not believe it. The work is sloppy horrible. My garage door and gril has been destroyed with cement. I had to argue for them to remove the garbage. I am just so disappointed everytime I look at this job and the money I spent it makes me sick. This company is horrible I am also going to start legal action. I work 2 jobs and to allow people to do this when you work so hard is disgusting.
