    I have lived at *********** in **********, **, managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for 5 years, and have experienced consistent issues with managements responsiveness and professionalism. Completely lacking in all areas. Most recently, I reported a bathroom sink issue that left us without use for over 15 business days (still no resolution or usage of our sink). While maintenance patched the sink, we were never given written confirmation it was safe to use. During this time, I received a lease infraction and zero communication from management. My attorney sent a legal demand letter on May 22, 2025 by certified mail and email and to date, there has been no response from management or their legal team. In addition, we were harassed over *** (emotional support animal) documentation, which had already been submitted and accepted years earlier. The new management team ignored this and restarted the process without justification, despite prior apologies from former management for the same mistake. To top it off their improperly trained staff forwarded over tenants full names who were not compliant which is a violation of tenant rights. Ive been a responsible tenant, always paying rent on time, and Ive tried every possible avenue to resolve these issues. The complete lack of communication and disregard for tenant rights has been incredibly frustrating and emotionally *********** prepared to fight for basic habitability and respect constantly as their management is always changing. -*.********
