    iI had placed an order thru ********/ ********* Monuments sent them deposit of $2750.00. Unfortunately i had to cancel the order. I have several written (e-mails) confirmation that they owe me this money and they they are sending me a check, on 3 different occasions i was told by ******************************* that the check went out and on all 3 occasions no check was ever received.I have since spoke to a ************* no last name given) and i was told both times this matter was handed over to a vice president (her name escapes me now) and to this day i have not had the courtesy of any kind of reply or check.I have made a complaint against these companies thru suffolk county consumer affair and yet to hear anything back,When i started to write to you today you stated the was no company ********/********* Monuments. I have letters I received with letter heading showing ********/********* ****************************** **** ***** like i stated above ********/********* is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sprung monuments.I just want what is owed to me.Thanking in advance for any help you get get me.
