      On Oct 23, my boyfriend and I provided them with a detailed list of things to be picked up and moved for a Nov 4th pick up in Jacksonville FL and 24-48 hr delivery time to ********* **. On Nov 4th the company they contracted us out to, Moving Mania, was over an hour late. Then stated they couldn't move what was in our storage unit staying our quote was enough space to take it all. They actually only took the bedroom set. So we paid almost $2000 for them to move a bedroom set. I sent an email to support to try and resolve on Nov 4th evening after work. They called me today Nov 6th and left me a msg. I called Sam back on my break at 130p. She told me it's nothing they can do because what they gave us was just an estimate yet the contract we signed stated the cubic feet supposedly based off of what we provided them as to what was being picked up and delivered. She said it don't matter it's just an estimate. I asked her based off what we listed, was the cubic feet quoted enough space, she refused to answer that question and stuck with saying it was just an estimate provided. So I asked what's the point of asking for a list of items if you're just going to provide an estimate, she refused to answer that as well. I then told her we feel very scammed and I would be reporting this experience to BBB, she said go ahead I don't care and good luck. We need a full refund at this point because we have a storage unit the still needs to be picked up and moved. They did nothing for us, showed no remorse or empathy. They pray on the vets because they say they're a vet ran business. We are extremely upset and they need to be accountable for this. Please can you give me a call as soon as possible regarding this matter.
