    On 4/28/24, I parked at the Park + ****** garage on ****** ****** and 15th ****** in *******, NJ. I made the reservation through ********, and my rental ID was ********. I drive a 2019 Honda Civic. A plastic piece on the bottom of my car (the splash guard) was pulled off of my car in the ******* process. I called the customer service number for ***** ******* and spoke to a customer service representative, who informed me that there are height restrictions for cars being parked by the robots in the garage, and my car is too short for these robots. The representative mentioned that this should be clearly indicated on signs upon entering the building; however, there is no signage that indicates this restriction. The representative told me to email ****.*******@*****-*******.com and they would get back to me ASAP. After looking up the company online, I later also sent the same email to *******@*****-*******.com. I have still not heard back from anyone at ***** over a month later. I needed to get my car fixed after the incident, the total cost of which was $686.22. I have included pictures of my car and the signs upon entering the garage, as well as the invoice for the work done to me car. I don’t expect to be responsible for paying for the damage done to my car in the process of ******* in this garage.
