    Lanzo, plumbing and sewer contractors of Hackensack ********** have inconsistent business. They came to my home shut off my water and told me that I would be contacted in reference to getting a new water tank. No one called me. No one contacted me not even through my insurance because they (*****) never submitted the ticket, I drove out to ********** from my home and although it says that they are a 24 hour service, the office is closed. I also called the phone Number. I called three times and there was no answer. Also text the plumber who came out to my home and there was no response from him, but the message said that it was delivered. At the current time, I have a family of six in My Home and have not received any information from Lanzo except that I would have an out of pocket expense. It is Saturday. They turned off my water Friday and it looks as though they wont be open tomorrow because they are not open on weekends. That means that I have to uproot my family and find a place for us to stay because the water is not working due to the plumber turning it off yesterday , ensuing that we would have someone come out. Horrible service!

    Horrible. They came to my house to unclog a pipe. The tip of the snake broke in the pipe. They had to break the kitchen ceiling , then proceeded to drill and broke my bathroom floor tiles. Claim they won t fix it. They are a disgrace. The people are rude and incompetent. Homeserve who sent them are no better

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PFFICE WAS RUDE, TECHNICIAN WAS INDIFFERENT AND INCOMPETENT. Fortunately, Homeserve agreed to send a second company (**********) who came promptly and was able to identify and fix the problem.
