    We were told that our solar panels would cover all of our electric needs when we originally had them installed. They broke it into two loans so I pay 441 and 161 a month (602 total). This month I received a 521 dollar electric bill because the electric bills never stopped as promised. So this month alone I paid 602 (solar) and 521 (electric) equalling ******* for a rancher-style house. Then when I was putting in our trecs for the month-an alert came up saying to call our solar company because we were only showing at 47 percent and making no trecs. We called and called and called. ***** ***** FINALLY sent a company (*******) and they said that the solar panels were fine?? but the original shade report was not matching their shade report. They also said we were using 9000 more a year which doesn't make sense since nothing has changed with our electric needs. Then they said ********************** rates also went up and we needed to factor that in. I called Spotlight to go over the information-nothing back-no emails/or phone calls. Nobody should continue to pay over thousands of dollars for electric when they have 62 solar panels installed on a rancher and nobody can tell me why.
