    We had our fence installed in April ************************************************************************************************ a gate that would not fit per my current landscape and per city code since we have a pool. Now to my under standing they were suppose to remove the previous fence and install new fence at same post location. That was not done. Was told too much concrete was used on previous post so it will take a long time to dig them up. I called ***** and had to argue back and forth for them to send out the right size gate and was told that I was going to have to pay the difference to have gate made and also have to pay for shipping. ***** also just told me to cut down mature landscape just so that this more expensive larger size gate they sold me would fit. I politely told her that if anything they should be giving me a refund especially since the smaller gate cost less. After speaking with the manger he agreed to send new gate at no cost. Shortly after installation was complete we noticed a couple of issues. First when we restarted lawn irrigation a few weeks later the front lawn zones did not come on and one zone in the back had a major leak. So we had to pay for additional time they spent trying to fix the problem. When they came out to finally fix the issue we were informed that the fence installer cut one of the underground lines. We were also notified by our neighbor that because the new fence was not installed using the same post spots that we now have a nice size open space which was not there before because the fences used to touch. We sent an email with pictures and the bill we occurred asking for response to if they can fix the gap and also if they can take care of the damages that was caused to irrigation during fence install. My husband also called manager and left a message. Well its been almost 2 months with no response. Per receptionist they received the email.
