    I needed my windshield replaced as soon as possible. I called and spoke with **** who confirmed an appointment for two days later at 9:30 am . I even called the day before to confirm. **** said he would call me the morning of to let me know when he was on his way. The morning of I couldnt get in touch with him and his cell phone was turned off. I even called the other business line and no answer ! Ive never encountered such an unprofessional business. I ended up going with a bigger company. I wanted to support a smaller local business but the communication is terrible ! Save yourself the frustration !

    My tenant hired AGS glass company to replace the clear tempered patio double panel window before vacating the property on 31DEC2023. In order to order the custom glass, it required the down payment which the tenant did due to lease agreement. As of today 01MAR2023, the owner of AGS glass company ( ****) keeps changing his story stating the manufacturer did not deliver and he can not do anything, then he said glass is delivered but now I can not locate. He stop taking our calls, so I had to drive to his shop where he made a promise to replace by 27FEB2023, but no calls from him and when you try to reach him with different numbers, he says he will call back because he is in the bathroom, driving, or with customer.He also refused to refund the fund. At this point I would be filing small claims court as my property is being under contact and need to fix this before closing.
