I am so upset with this company. I am filing because it is taking a long time to even talk to someone or to even get a solution. They keep saying give us till end of the week then the week ends and its nothing. Not to mention when youre waiting to speak to them you are on hold for over an hour! Its ridiculous. My baggage was lost during a trip and it is one of the benefits of the card.

Through *********** I am entitled to ********************** from Eclaimsline. This insurance was advertised to reimburse for hotel, food, and travel. I submitted all of my documentation one day after my delay occurred and the company stated to wait for **** business days for a response. It took two months and multiple calls (which had me on hold for consistently an hour each occurrence) before my claim was even looked at. It took 3 more weeks to receive a determination, which stated they would reimburse me for not even half of my expenses. I am entitled up to $500 in reimbursement for expenses each day of delay. Eclaimsline is stating they will only reimburse me for $******, when my qualifying expenses should've resulted in my receipt of the full $500.I pay for this service through my credit card annual fee, and the actual service is nearly impossible to actually use. It took 3 months of babysitting this claim to get any sort of resolution at all.Series of events: Trip delay occurred 4/9.My claim is submitted on 4/10 will all required documentation.Eclaimsline tells me to wait **** business days.Claim receives no updates for a month.I resubmit documents on 5/10.On 6/17, Eclaimslines alerts me my claim of "******" has been approved. My total expenses EXCEED $500, but the maximum they will reimburse is $500.Regardless of all my documentation being properly submitted and numerous calls to check on the status of the claim, they've only approved me for less than half of the money I should've.
