    They put a new roof on my house in 2019 and we have a 10 year warranty on the roof. We have experienced many leaks with our roof since they put the new roof on. In the beginning they would send people out but they did not speak any English and would not let me know what they found. I called them in March and told them that our ********************* said there was damage to the roof. The person I talked to told me they would email us with an appointment for someone to come out to check our roof. And when they did could they please send someone that can speak and understand English. The person told me they would. I waited for the email but never received it. I have called them several times since then and left messages and they have not returned my calls. I would like this company to acknowledge that they have received my calls and messages and would like them to come out and check my roof and fix the leaks/damage and honor our warranty before it expires. If the roof is not fixed this can cause a health problem due to mold going through our house. If this problem is not fix I am going have to find another roofing company to fix this problem we have been having since they put the new roof on.
