    On Wednesday August 23, 2023, Central Jersey Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance was cutting our lawn as per our agreement. At approximately 12:55pm during the cutting of the lawn, a stone was launched by their equipment and it struck the rear door window on the right side of our 2020 Lexus ES350 and broke the window. They were notified immediately of the damage and mailed a letter on August 31, 2023 which they acknowledged with a phone call. To this date they have failed to provide payment for the damage and have not provided an indication that they intend to do so. When they were hired, we were informed that they carried insurance for injury and damage but have not been contacted by any insurance company with respect to the claim. All we can assume is they have no intention of paying for the damage they caused.
