    Would give zero stars if that was an option.I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. I ordered an antler in March 2023. I never received it. It took 6 months and 8+ emails to receive a refund. I was told the owner was ill and someone was filling in. Well, the website and ******** page were actively taking additional orders. How hard is it to make one refund - or send the antler? When I finally received the refund, there was no apology or acknowledgement that they had been in the wrong. The dollar amount was only about $40. It was never about the money, it's the principle. If a business takes a customer's money then they have an obligation to fulfill the order, or make a timely refund - the first time it's requested. I have found another source for antlers for my dog. Not only will I not use this company again, I actively tell my friends to not use them.For what it's worth, this was the 2nd problem I had with them. in December 2021, I ordered an antler and didn't get it for quite a while, but that time when I asked for the tracking number (assuming it was a **** or *** problem) all of a sudden my antler showed up within a few days. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried ordering again in March 2023. My bad. Never again.
